A higher rate tax payer could save听more than 拢100 against the annual subscription and a basic rate tax payer over 拢50.

Self-employed people and locums
If you're听self-employed or a听locum you can听deduct your membership fees as an allowable expense before calculating your taxable profits.
Employers and employees
If you pay your own听娛樂城遊戲 membership subscription you can听claim the tax back on your听annual tax form.

If a practice pays your membership on your听behalf the practice may have a dispensation with HMRC so that you听won't be taxed. Alternatively, the practice will include these fees on your听annual P11D tax form - then you claim the tax back on your听annual tax return.

By applying for membership you're confirming that you'd like to become a member/associate member of 娛樂城遊戲 and agree to abide by the rules in the听Memorandum and Articles of Association. You're also agreeing to pay your subscription on the due date and to notify us in writing before your renewal date if you wish to cancel.

The 娛樂城遊戲 (娛樂城遊戲) operates a rolling annual membership subscription, automatically renewing upon the anniversary of your joining date. You will receive a renewal notice (via letter or email) in advance of your renewal date. Direct Debit payment arrangements will continue automatically unless you notify 娛樂城遊戲 that you wish to change or cancel it.

*Associate membership is open to non-vets, such as practice managers, veterinary nurses, and lecturers.

**Concessionary rates: We are here to support you through your entire vet career. If your personal circumstances change, please do contact us to discuss your options. We offer Concessionary rates for career breaks, for those doing post graduate studies, those earning under 拢25k a year, for those on maternity/paternity leave, and for retired members.

鈥燡oining fees can differ for students because some universities contribute to the cost of membership for their students.

Group membership rates

An employer may take out a group membership for its veterinary staff. All veterinary medicine degree holders employed by the employer must be included, but support staff are optional. The entry price for a group membership is 拢1056. For groups with more than 5 members there is a price per head of 拢211 for up to 25 vets. For additional members 26 to 50, the price is reduced to 拢185. For additional members 51+ the price is further reduced to 拢165.

Pricing information

Membership Fees are approved at the AGM each year and published in the membership fees section of the website.

Key points to note about your membership:

Your membership will run for 12 months from the point of joining or renewal.
You can cancel your membership part way through the year, but no refunds will be provided unless the cancellation is within 14 days of first joining.
If you do not wish to renew your membership at the end of the 12 months, you must give us written notice at least 1 month before your renewal date.
If you pay by Direct Debit, your membership will automatically renew unless you give us written notice of your wish to cancel at least one month before the renewal date.
If you wish to change your membership grade you can do this from your next renewal date but not mid-way through your current membership year
If you have outstanding membership fees due, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and all membership benefits, including access to 娛樂城遊戲鈥檚 legal services and eligibility for discounts with our affinity partners, including Lloyd & Whyte and Bupa.

Cancelling your Membership

Your right to change your mind.
If in the first 14 days of joining 娛樂城遊戲 you change your mind, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund, provided you have not utilised any of the membership benefits during that time. To cancel your membership in this period you must notify us in writing by email via [email protected] . This right does not apply if you have previously been a member.

Refunds eligibility
No refunds will be given, unless under the following circumstances:

If membership is cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If there is an overpayment of any membership fee
If the member changes membership category, e.g. repeating a year in vet school.
In the event of the death of the member
If an error has been made by the 娛樂城遊戲 team in processing a membership application

Annual Payments
If membership is cancelled during the year after full payment is made, no refunds will be provided, unless you meet the criteria outlined above.

Monthly or Quarterly Payments
If you pay by instalments and decide to cancel your membership part way through the year, the remaining balance will still be due and no refunds will be provided, unless you meet the criteria above.

Refunds process
娛樂城遊戲 will endeavour to refund payments within 15-20 working days. The refund will be made to the original account/card provided. Please note if you paid by cheque then any refund will be paid via BACS transfer.
